I started AddOns, Inc. in 1998 and I have over 20 years of experience working in software development and support both as a programmer and as a functional consultant. I am a family man, I love tennis and I love to travel.

As sales engineer at AddOns, it is my responsibility to have in-depth knowledge of all of the solutions that AddOns offers our customers and to help my Account Executive teammates communicate customer value. I am a retired Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Army, where I worked in materials logistics. I previously worked for ABB leading the Ellipse pre-sales team and most recently I was an independent contractor for Centerra Gold managing the implementation of the first Ellipse Select instance at their mine in Turkey.

When not working to with customers, I take advantage of all of the things that there are to do outside in Colorado.

I help each of our customers understand how to use finance modules effectively and efficiently in order to satisfy their own specific needs. I’ve implemented the Ellipse Finance modules in 11 different countries where I’ve provided consulting and end-user training in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.

When I’m not implementing finance modules, I’m teaching a graduate course in Corporate Strategy at Midland University in Omaha, Nebraska. I am also learning to play Flamenco guitar!

Prior to coming to AddOns, I worked for ABB on the Ellipse team, was in the U.S. Air Force, and worked in the mining industry for many years as a maintenance manager.

I am an avid mountaineer and have climbed 40 of Colorado's 56 14,000-foot peaks.

I have been with AddOns since 2003. I started as a technical consultant doing Ellipse implementations and conversions and developing custom solutions for customers. In 2006, I assumed the role of Product Manager. In this role, I work with my team to leverage technology to build solutions that help customers solve their business and system problems. I manage all of our product suites from product conceptualization through development and delivery and then support. I have a dual specialization in Computer Science within Business Management and Management Science from Kent State University.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, working around the house and playing a round of golf.

I started my professional career in Barranquilla, Colombia working for Intercor (today Carbones del Cerrejon) for 13 years; where I participated in the implementation of Ellipse (then MIMS). This project started a career helping mining, transportation and utility customers in Latin America improve asset management programs, integrate systems and manage successful enterprise software implementations. I am joining AddOns to develop our business in Latin America, providing remote managed services for mining, transportation and utilities leveraging local LAM resources and the infrastructure AddOns has developed in North America.

When not traveling to Latin America to visit customers, I have been golfing since he was 9 years old, I’m a Virtual Aviator as well as a world traveler. I enjoy learning about new cultures and gastronomy in the countries/cities I travels to.

As the President of AddOns, Inc., I am responsible for scheduling, directing, coordinating, and supervising the company so that we can service our customers under the optimum conditions of productivity, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and ease of operations. I took partial ownership of AddOns, Inc. in 2003 after operating my own functional consulting group successfully for four years. I hold a bachelor’s of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.

I have two daughters and love spending time with them. As a family we like to go into the mountains as often as possible and enjoy the outdoors. I’m a fan of all sports and my heart still lies with my hometown teams back in Wisconsin.

As the Director of Managed Services, I manage the Service and Technical teams, ensuring that SLAs are met and service levels are exceeding customers’ expectation. I have been with AddOns since April of 2017 and have over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, specifically in managed services, with CEO and CTO roles.

In my spare time, I am a DOJ certified weapons instructor for Law Enforcement, Military, and civilian sectors. My free time is spent in the mountains with my loyal ranch dogs.
