For our managed services customers, I route incoming tickets to the right person. I do weekly and monthly reports for our customers, making sure everyone is up to date. I also do the invoicing so we get paid!

I have been with AddOns since 2003. I started as a technical consultant doing Ellipse implementations and conversions and developing custom solutions for customers. In 2006, I assumed the role of Product Manager. In this role, I work with my team to leverage technology to build solutions that help customers solve their business and system problems. I manage all of our product suites from product conceptualization through development and delivery and then support. I have a dual specialization in Computer Science within Business Management and Management Science from Kent State University.
